Greetings from the serene shores of Vancouver Island.

My journey in holistic health and wellness began as a personal quest for balance and self-discovery inside of my own mental, emotional and physical struggles. Through years of dedicated study and practice, I've acquired ancient knowledge and personal expertise in guiding others on their personal transformative journeys.

I am a Cancer on the cusp of Gemini, Leo Rising and Aquarius Moon. I am a manifesting Generator. I hold the archetypes of The Visionary and The Teacher. I resonate with the Goddess Sarawasati and Hecate. I identify as a Witchy Woman.

My heart and soul are dedicated to helping Women achieve harmony in mind, body, and spirit. My approach to holistic wellness combines the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with the transformative power of Yoga, and the importance of attuning to our Divine Feminine Magick.. offering you a roadmap to vibrant health and lasting nourishment.

I am particularly passionate about Cyclical living as a woman. Embracing the ebb and flow of our feminine energy is a transformative journey that allows us as women to harness our innate power and live inside of Joy every day.
